Spicy Chocolate Fat Bombs


Fat bombs have become my biggest obsession! They are full of healthy fats, which are SOOO important to balancing blood sugar and hormones, they are incredibly satisfying, energy boosting and they make an excellent snack! Bonus: the added cinnamon is a great blood sugar balancer as well and the ginger is a great anti-inflammatory and digestive. Pop one or two of these bad boys in for an afternoon pick-me-up or for some pre-workout energy. Note: they will melt if not kept cold! So if you're taking them to go, make sure to keep in a freezer pack.


Here’s what you’ll need: 1/2 cup grass-fed butter 1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup nut/seed butter (I do half almond and half sun butter) 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/8-1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt (I used 1/4, but that might be too much for some) 30 drops stevia

Here’s how to do it: Melt it all SLOWLY (I once burned the butter because I heated it too quickly) in a small pot. Once everything is nicely melted and incorporated, pour into lined mini muffin cups (filling about 3/4 of the way ~ 30 total), freeze and enjoy! Bet you can’t eat just one 😊
